Campion College’s department of Media Studies offers a wide-range of courses concerning the history, theory and aesthetics of film, television and media. Introductory courses such as “The Art of Motion Pictures” (Film 100) satisfy the Fine Arts requirement for most undergraduate degrees. Media department majors will take core courses such as “Film Theory and Aesthetics” (Film 348) as well as selected topics on film directors and film genres, leading to BA and BFA degrees in Film and Video.
