First Year Retreat

Campion Campus Ministry is hosting the first annual First-Year Retreat August 30 – 31, at St. Michael‘s Retreat.
This is not your parent’s retreat! It is two fun filled days to get to know fellow Campion students. All interested students are welcome---you do not have to be Catholic to attend.
Starts: Monday, August 30 at 4:00 p.m.
Ends: Tuesday, August 31 at 4:00 p.m.
Where: St. Michael‘s Retreat

FIRST-YEAR RETREAT OUTLINE
Monday, August 30, 2010
10:00 a.m.: Optional Service Opportunity, Blue Mantle Thrift Shop, 1925 – 7th Ave. We’ll be helping to set up an area to be used for an important new endeavour. Lunch will be provided. Come and experience being part of how Campion gets involved in our community before heading out to St. Michael’s.
3:30 p.m. Arrive at St. Michael’s - Sign into rooms and get settled
4:00 Introductory Activities
5:15 Dinner
6:00 Cosmic Walk
7:00 Practical insights from students who’ve been there, and responses to your questions
8:30 Social and free time

8:30 a.m. Breakfast
9:30 Yoga at your own level (for university students by university students)
11:00 Team challenges
12:00 Lunch and free time
2:00 Selected workshops/games
3:50 Closing and Departure
