to students taking Campion English 100 classes, the First-Year
Tutor/Mentor Program is designed to assist students in developing the
tools for success at university. Through contact with a mentor,
students build academic skills, increase familiarity with college and
university resources and develop strategies for career development.
First-year students are partnered with a successful senior student from his or her own faculty. Mentors can help you find services on campus, answer questions about expectations, give you tips on how to succeed in your program, and generally provide a helping hand and a friendly face.
