Application for Graduation
Students who have completed their program requirements, or who expect to complete their requirements within the current academic year, must apply for graduation.
Spring Ceremony (June)
To be eligible for the Spring convocation ceremony your application must be received by the Registrar’s office between August 1 and January 31, with program requirements completed by April 30. Application for graduation forms are available in the Campion College Registrar’s office or online.
Spring 2012 Convocation is June 7, 2012 for Arts, Science and Fine Arts graduates. For Pastoral Studies graduates, the U of R Ceremony is June 8, 2012.
Fall Ceremony (October)
If your application is submitted between February 1 and July 31, with program requirements completed by August 31, you will be eligible to participate in the Fall convocation ceremonies.
Fall 2012 Convocation Ceremony is October 20, 2012.
Application for graduation forms are available in the Campion College Registrar’s office or online.

Convocation information packages are mailed out to all students who have applied and are eligible for graduation in April (Spring) and September (Fall).

Graduation Photos
Pixel Factory provides professional graduation photos for Campion College students. You can arrange a sitting at Campion on Monday, March 5 or Tuesday, March 6, or a studio sitting on a day convenient for you by contacting Pixel Factory Studio at 359-7967. Your gown and hood will be provided. To ensure that your photograph is included in the 2011/2012 Campion College Graduates composite, which will be placed on display at Campion College, please arrange for your sitting before June 30, 2012.
The Pixel Factory offers affordable photography packages for you and your family with a range of session fees to accommodate all graduates. The session fee includes the composite photo for Campion College. Session fees options are:
- $30 and includes up to 12 poses,
- $45 session includes up to 24 poses, or
- $60 session includes up to 36 poses
Pixel Factory provides gowns and hoods. Previews will be made available online two weeks following session dates. Click here for a complete list of photography packages.
The dates for on-campus convocation photos have not yet been set. Information
regarding these photo sessions will be sent via e-mail in mid-February. If you prefer,
you may contact Pixel Factory directly to arrange for a studio sitting.
Requests for Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts can be printed from UR Self-Service.
Official transcripts are provided by the University of Regina Registrar’s Office and must be ordered in writing. Click here for more information on how to obtain an official transcript.
