Convocation

Application for Graduation

Students who have completed their program requirements, or who expect to complete their requirements within the current academic year, must apply for graduation.

 

Spring Ceremony (June)

To be eligible for the Spring convocation ceremony your application must be received by the Registrar’s office between August 1 and January 31, with program requirements completed by April 30. Application for graduation forms are available in the Campion College Registrar’s office or online .

Spring 2013 Convocation is June 6, 2013 for Arts, Science and Fine Arts graduates. (For Pastoral Studies graduates, the U of R Ceremony is June 7, 2013.) See below for more detailed information regarding Campion College and University convocation ceremonies.

 

Fall Ceremony (October)

If your application is submitted between February 1 and July 31, with program requirements completed by August 31, you will be eligible to participate in the Fall convocation ceremonies.

Fall 2013 Convocation Ceremony is October 19, 2013.

Application for graduation forms are available in the Campion College Registrar’s office or online.

 

Graduation Photos

Cornerstone Photography, located at 2877 Park Street, has been chosen as the designated photographer for Campion College. To book a sitting call Murray at (306) 789-4550 or visit Cornerstone Photography. When calling, please indicate that you are graduating from Campion College. Cornerstone Photography will supply all gowns, hoods and collars needed for graduation poses.

Sitting Fee: $25 (payable on the date the photograph is taken, GST/PST included) A minimum of fifteen poses will be presented for the optional purchase of graduation portraits for your personal use.

Your photo will be included in the composite of all graduates for the 2012/2013 academic year; this composite will hang in the hall at Campion College as a commemoration and remembrance of our graduates.

Campion College Ceremony

Campion College students and their family are invited to attend a special Campion ceremony and reception prior to the University of Regina convocation.

U of R Ceremony

Convocation information packages are mailed out to all students who have applied and are eligible for graduation in April (Spring) and September (Fall).

Spring 2013 Convocation:

Information on the U of R ceremony will be sent via e-mail in September. More information on the U of R ceremony can be found on the U of R website. 

 

Baccalaureate Mass

Campion College will host a Baccalaureate Mass for Spring graduates:

Requests for Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts can be printed from UR Self-Service.

Official transcripts are provided by the University of Regina Registrar’s Office and must be ordered in writing. Click here for more information on how to obtain an official transcript.
